Konbini Quest
Learn the manners, ride the metro.

Answer, ride, arrive
A quiz and board game about getting along in Japan. Each right answer moves your pawn along a miniature Tokyo subway built from real routes, station by station, toward your destination. Each answer comes with a one-line reason, so you learn why a custom exists, not just what it is.
- A real network, in voxels. Ten lines and 144 stations on their real routes, with Tokyo Skytree, Senso-ji, Tokyo Tower and two dozen more landmarks to ride past.
- Questions worth knowing: 500 of them, on ramen counters, onsen, trains, temples, shoes, taxis, konbini (convenience store) checkouts, plus a few for any traveller. Harder questions earn more points.
- Ways to play: solo, up to four players passing one phone, or online with friends through a share link, with a lobby and chat, between browsers and the Android app. Six modes, from a race to four destinations to a stamp rally.
- Sounds like a station: every platform plays its own departure melody while you pick a direction.
- Works offline once it has loaded, and installs like an app. No account and no ads, and nothing you do inside the game (answers, moves, scores) is sent to analytics.

Konbini Quest runs in any modern browser, on a phone or a computer, and installs like an app from the browser menu. An Android app for Google Play is on its way; online games will work between the two.
